Default Calling all Scrappers!!!

Ok, I need some advice. During the winter I am and will be doing general scrapping and stamping classes. Mostly techniques and such. I already subscribe to TJ (Yeah! I can hardly wait to get my hands on the cd and the newsletters!).

My question is........*drumroll please*...what techniques would you NOT USE IN YOUR scrapbooks? I know some are generally ok but which ones would be a HECK NO! kinda thing? I want to be able to steer folks away from using certain techn. if they are not gonna be good. Cards are ok but scrapbooks are memories cherished enough to put thought and caring into and I would hate to destroy anything. Please oh please, wise ones, help this poor pathetic desert rat turned eskimo. lol
