Default Blush Blossom

A few days ago I sung Black cardstock's praises, but today it is Blush blossom's turn. This stuff has been sitting here for 2 years and I never touched it. I'm lovin it! It is now my new neutral. So pretty, I'm even using it on parts of my christmas cards!! In fact, I've never been a big soft subtle fan, but that whole line is getting my attention now.

it's funny - I never used it until the "please make a 50th birthday card for my friend in Blush Blossom" and I haven't stopped using it since!

That happened to me too.....I never used it (never thought anyone would use it) until I saw a sample on the gallery with Blush Blossom and Rose Romance. That did it - I cased the card and then got hooked on the Blush Blossom paper!!! Weird how it takes just one great idea to turn you around...

I used on stipple rose and it was beautiful. I agree we don't use that one enough.

It is also very pretty with Cameo Coral and Mello Moss. I used it with terrific tulip stamp. Very pretty!

Default Great for scrapbooking!

I have recently started scrapbooking and I think this color is great for that.

I have been doing my babies portraits and it just matches their sweet pink skin and looks good with lots of other colors. So far I have used it on pages with black and white, chocolate chip, and one with creamy caramel and perfect plum. In fact, I'm all out and need to order more!

I always thought it was dull and yucky when making cards, but now I love it!

Ok now I am inspired to try to use this color. You all gave great color combos to try it with. But what stamp set would look awesome? I think I have about 20+ sheets and at one time used some for scrap paper.

It is just so icky to me.... I wish this color was retired too.

I've always loved blush blossom card stock. It's lovely with any elegant style stamp set. And it's the perfect colour to use for the Stipple Shells and Sketches sets. I also like to use it for sympathy cards:

Looking forward to seeing some new blush blossom cards in the gallery!
