Default Best customer service experience with Crafter's Companion

I just wanted to share a great experience I had with Crafter's Companion. In today's market where I see so many companies going out of business, customer service is more important than ever. I don't know if anyone has had the chance to communicate with Bindy (she responds to all of the customer service enquiries), but she is the absolute BEST!!! Every time I submitted a response, I had a response back from her within 24 hours. She truly made me feel "cared" about.

EZ Mount Cling is the only cling I will use on my stamps. I won't waste my time or money with other brands. I have bought used stamps that didn't use EZ Mount and there was no "cling". The black cling stuff is absolutely useless. Plus Crafter's Companion provides "Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee" on the EZ Mount Cling. True to their words, they stood behind that guarantee when I had some defective sheets (which I'm sure is a rare occurrence as after buying EZ Mount for about 6 years....from Sunday International, originally....this is the first time I've had defective sheets). The response I received from Bindy and Crafter's Companion went beyond my expectations.

I've been reading about more and more people unmounting their wood mounted stamps....which I plan to do this summer....YIKES! I would highly recommend the EZ Mount Cling. I don't get as good of an inked image with bare rubber, so I plan on using the cling when I unmount. And after the experience I had with Crafter's Companion, I'm relieved to know that I can buy with confidence from them...plus, they have some of the cutest stamps...have you seen their Strawberry Kisses and Party Paws collections, just to name a couple?!?!?!....SO CUTE!!

I am grateful to have a community/forum where people can share their thoughts, experiences, ideas, and more. I have come to rely on the experiences of others to help me spend my hard earned money wisely.....what and where to buy....AND....where and what NOT to buy. So, I'm doing my part to help out this community by posting this. Crafter's Companion is definitely a place to buy from.....and if you haven't signed up for their email updates...DO. They have some great specials throughout the year.

Thanks for letting me share.
