Default Basic Black vs. Staz On

I'm stamping on Vellum paper- which one is better to use? and why?

(I did a search but didn't find anything related to this question...)

I've only ever tried Basic Black. Worked like a charm. I should think Staz On would work too, though.

I'd use the Basic Black. It works great. I know STaz-on would work too, but it is harder to clean-up.
