Default Bashful Blue grosgrain source?

Has anyone found a source for grosgrain that matches Bashful Blue? That's the one color I can 't seem to find. I've found some nice coral ribbon at my LSS, but no bashful blue.

Thanks!
Vera

I read a thread somewhere back in the forums about dyeing your ribbon with your stamp pad. Have you tried that?

I picked up some really cute bashful blue grosgrain with a single row of dots down the middle at my Walmart.

I've tried the dyeing SU white, but I'm just too lazy for that.

I've completely bought out Wal Mart, Michael's, AC Moore, etc.

I was just looking for an online source where I could get a spool. Any websites out there that have grosgrain that matches SU colors?

I just use Bashful Blue A LOT! I'd like a simple grosgrain that matches. I'm crossing my fingers that SU will offer it in the new catalog!

I don't dye ribbon either. :-) I can't make it look right, or it rubs off, or . . .

Starlit Studios and Reasonable Ribbon both have colors to match SU. Just email them if you can't see what you want on their websites. Cindy from Starlit is on SCS, and Reasonable Ribbon keeps a color matching chart to SU.

Try this website:

http://ribbonfactory.com/html/solid.html

edited to add: okay so I thought the one on the top row on that website was blue because of the way it looked, but now I am seeing that they have it listed as white!

Ha ha, I did the same thing! I did a search here for ribbon sites and found that same site! This pic does make it look blue, doesn't it?

thanks to another SCS'er ( I can't remember who!) I think I've found it!

******************.com Millenium Blue! According to the other SCS'er that matches Bashful blue. I'm going to order some and see for myself.

Of course, Murphy's Law says that as soon as I buy a spool of it, SU will have some in their new catty! That's ok with me as long as I have ribbon, I'm happy!
