I placed an order with Riley & Co and got an email stating that my order shipped on 1/26, but haven't received it yet. Does anyone know what method they use to ship? (I ordered 1 unmounted stamp). I tried contacting them, but haven't heard back.
I ordered from her back in November and I can't remember how many days it took exactly, but I remember that it was pretty quick. She also answered my questions quickly when I emailed her.
I ordered too.. but seeing as how the entire BWA triangle is snowed in, I am not expecting my order any time in the next week. heheheh I too got an email saying it was shipped with a tracking number but seriously,haven't had any body.. FedEx, brown or USPS anywhere near the house since last Friday.
I too had very good service from the new owners of Riley but I don't remember what shipping service was used. It might be delayed because of weather problems. I know they are located in Kansas which saw some snow with the past 2 storms (although not as much as the mid-atlantic).
I know the storms having been delaying things.....but I got an email more than 2 weeks ago saying it was shipped, so before the last 2 storms have even hit. If I don't hear back from her by tomorrow, I'll try and contact her again.
