Default Anyone ever order from Scrapbooking Made Simple?

Just watched some of her videos And she had some unique products and good prices. The website though is not very well put together and kind of hard to navigate. Just wondered if anyone has ordered from her shop, in particular customer service and shipping issues. In one of her recent videos she talked about them still working on orders that were placed in July and if that is indicative of how long they take I have no interest in shopping there. I do think she said that was a special sale so maybe that explains it. I'm too impatient though ....I wouldn't wait for 6 months for any crafting product! So anyone have any experience shopping online at her store?

The whole business is not very well put together, sad to say. I ordered from them a couple years ago, and it was three or four months before my order arrived. They answered my inquiries promptly but were snippy, claiming they warned buyers that because of their busy schedule at the time orders would be delayed. The prices were great so I didn't cancel the order. I received the last piece six months later, and when I complained they got snippy again. I haven't ordered from them since. They may know how to run their brick and mortar store, but don't know bupkis about mail order.

Yes, long, long shipping times. I watch the videos & order from other sites.

Thanks so much, that's exactly what I suspected. I'm not trying to be negative but her own videos were full of excuses about shipping times which is why I worried. As I said no product is worth waiting months for.

These sales are really special sales where u get up to $30 dies for $1 or more. It's a very major savings and they expect a lot if orders. I am not complaining cuz I could not afford the stuff otherwise and nowhere else has sales like they do. They do warn us in a YouTube video that it will be months and months and months. They explain why. They say if this is not for u then font place an order. Simple.. People complaining after the fact is what gives them a bad rep. They were upfront and honest from the beginning.

They have an amazing store and I have to control myself. Lucky for me it's down the street (like a couple of city blocks) from my sister.
