Default Anniversary Set from Paper Trey

This post as originally typed turned out as a rant.

But I don't want to rant or vent. So I erased it and started again.

I'll just keep it simple and leave everything else out.

I'm not here to bash Paper Trey. That isn't the point.

I just have a question.

Is there anyone else out there who has still not recieved their anniversay set from Paper Trey Ink????

I'd really like to know because I STILL have not recieved mine and I am getting frustrated.

I don't know what to do to get it.

Any advice???

I'm not ordering from them again until I get my free set.

You are not alone. I have not received mine either. I sent an email to Customer Service in June and again in August. At one point about a month ago, I think, they said they were done with the list. If my set isn't here by the end of the week I will contact customer service again.

I'm with you. I am very frustrated and irritated by things that have been said, but ranting isn't going to get me anywhere. Though I will not be ordering again until I have received what has been promised.

The thread on their forum was shut down because Nicole felt it was becoming to personal (as in personal attacks) so there isn't any help to be had from that thread.

I have emailed customer several times and Jennifer has responded and she has always benn very nice but no action.

I'm disappointed to hear that they say they are done with the list. Guess I'm not on it???

I don't know....

As far as personal attacks... I'm not into that.

I sent them an email that expressed my frustration.

I don't know it I'll ever order from them again. Even if I get the set which sounds like it is very unlikely to happen.

Too bad for them. Good for all the other stamp companies out there.

As far as the list goes, Jennifer said they had completed the list, not that they had sent them all out. They have been working hard to figure out who is entitled to a set and still does not have it. I know there were a couple people on here that just got their sets this last week, so they are still being shipped. I would maybe check with Jennifer and see if you are on the list. Hopefully she can get it straightened out. I really hope you get your set soon!
