OK y'all......I just made these using my Studio software and cut with my Cameo. I used a panel that I made some time back that I called Spanish Lace. The hardest part was gluing them together....lol

You can see all of Lori's designs here, for those of you that do not do your own designing...they are great!!!

This is NOT a value judgement. I wish I didn't feel like this. But the sense of relief I felt - along with guilt for spending the $$ - when I decided to send it on its way, made me know it was the right decision, at least for now...
Good advice! I know it wasn't in response to me, but thank you, anyway.

Although... Pam, your example is beautiful! No question the electronic die-cutters (if you know what you're doing) can create that gorgeous layered effect.

My Gina Marie love affair began on a SCS thread much like this one. Dollars later I can agree with Sleepymom33!I'm in Georgia too , Sleepymom 33. I live in what used to be "the country" between Marietta and Dallas. Are you nearby?

And a P.S. for new crafters - the regular Big Shot and Cuttlebug take the same size dies. The Big Shot Plus takes the supersized dies, so the way to go for some. I have a Cuttlebug sitting on the corner of my PC desk so use it tons. Real estate ruled. But I've used Big Shots at LSS's since they have both machines, and I like them both. Just my take.
Mostly true - the die I referred to earlier was 1/4" too wide for the Cuttlebug, but fit in the Big Shot...

Those are gorgeous, and I thank you for sharing them, for sure! I'm going to continue my fence-sitting for now, since I truly doubt that an electronic cutter would see much use in regular rotation...

Really! I'm shocked - though believe you. There have been a couple of dies that had to be turned to fit - and someone had to tell me to do that, I have to admit - but always worked.

I bought several Gina Marie dies at a show last year and am very happy with them -- very reasonably priced.

YorkieMama- Beautiful! I love Lori's designs. You have enabled me. When I saw Birch Press designs I loved them but first thought was I am going to do that in my Silhouette Cameo. I always think that of any die I see.

Girls I will enable you. Birch Press is one of my guilty pleasures. I didn't know they had dies until I saw this post. Their items are high quality and luxurious. I will take a "flame" I am one of "THOSE" girls that love luxury items. I am frugal but I do buy luxury because it is worth it to me and lasts. I hope that helps if you were maybe on the fence. I do think the dies will be high quality. I am not buying though. I would be tempted but I am saving for a Playstation 4 and an iPad 9.7 and a Fairy Atelier from dollfairyland.
