Default Alert the media - DH asked me to buy stamps today!

And I thought it could never happen! I ran across some cool British landmark stamps the other day at EZmountstamps.com. Since DH has spent a lot of time working in the UK for the last couple of years, and my kids and I were there last summer with him, some of the stamps really appealed to me. Well, big surprise - they appealed to him, too! So much that when I showed him the link, he made a list longer than my list. So he's actually the enabler this time. Cool!

I don't think my DH will EVER tell me to buy stamps. He recently asked me why we stampers use sentiment stamps we could simply write on oue own.

That is crazy, whacko and really silly of him! Wait, sounds like something I did recently.

During Sale-A-Bration, I instant messaged my wife Stampin Up catalog numbers to place an order for me. There was a pause and then she replied "just picking myself off the floor". Then I asked her to expedite the order so I could have the items by the weekend. Her reply was "on floor again" - True Story -

We actually shopped at Blade Rubber Stamps last summer when we were in England. Much less expensive when you can bring them home in your suitcase!

For anyone who visits the UK, Blade Rubber Stamps is very easy to find - it's only a block or two from the British Museum. So go and see the Rosetta Stone and then shop for some stamps!

My husband doesn't always get the need for me to buy new stuff but he will help pick out scrapbook supplies if I drag him to a store.

I have to post the Mother's Day card he made for me - after I threatened him NOT to BUY me a card when I have a gazillion dollars of card making stuff.
The card is in reference to my teenage boys who refuse (or just don't care) to match their socks up and will wear anything. I set him loose in my scrap room and he picked out the PERFECT stamps for the card! If you can't see the photos that well, the Kliban cat has four mismatched socks, grumpy morning Garfield is next and inside (the trifold card!) is "Scream".
