Default Add Gift Card Pocket to Tag-EASY!

I came up with a very easy and cool idea for adding a gift card pocket to any symmetrical tag die. Because the back of die cuts don’t look great (lines embossed from previous cuts) I always add another tag to the back. All you have to do is cut the backing piece, I like about 1/4-1/2” down from the angled bits at the top (of a traditional shaped tag). Then adhere the top piece to the tag. When adhering the bottom piece, adhere it so it forms a pocket. Make sure you add adhesive under the card so it can’t disappear into the tag. See photo.
