Thanks so much for the info. I ordered $56.45 and my total came to $19.11. That sure made my day. Now, does the accucut system work with the Coluzzel blades? I didn't buy their blades hoping that I could use what I have.
First of all there is a place on the left hand side of the screen where you can sign up to get special deals. I did that first and then at check (where you put in your shipping information) there was a place at the bottom to put a coupon/promo code. The first time I entered it I put a space between the letters and the number. It told me that the code was invalid. I took a chance and deleted the space and it worked!

THANKS FOR PUTTING THAT CODE OUT THERE. I JUST ORDERED 85.00 WORTH AND THE ORDER CAME TO 24.00. I AM SO EXCITED WAS WAITING TO GET A WHOLE ALPHABET SET W/ NUMBERS AND BACKGROUND. WAHOO!!!

I called Accucut's 800 customer service number (800-288-1670) to be sure I could get the 75% off - it's still good today. Talked to a wonderful client service rep named Michelle. I ordered a bunch of the flip frames (a couple of the ones I wanted weren't available), and my order came to $33 (including shipping!) - She told me I saved $88ish...now do you think DH will buy that line?
I'm getting them probably next Thursday - just in time to finish off my Christmas Cards (which may end up being New Years cards at this rate!)

You have to order all your stuff and hit check out. You fill in your shipping address and stuff and at the bottom of that it has a place to fill in any promotion codes or gift certificates. enter the code from the first post and then click next or what ever at the bottom and you will see the discount. I just ordered and saved $71.56. I paid 28.86.

Well, so much for a good deal. I received my shipment from accucuts very quickly but it was missing three items. Of course the three that I wanted most.
So I sent an e-mail indicating that I did not see a back order of any kind and could they please let me know when I would recieve the rest of the order. No response.
Then I decided to call them this morning. Well, the three items that I was missing they were out of and would not be getting them back in. I find that hard to believe because one of them was the tag template! My first thought was they didn't want to sell so much of their product at 75% off.
Did anyone else have a problem with their shipment.
Oh my gosh Stephanie-... I had the SAME EXACT problem!!!! I didn't receive 3 items, with no back order noted, AND I sent an email... with no respones!!! I planned to call today too. What a bummer.
Do you think the offer was a come on to buy their other products? I only ordered six items and only received 1 template. The other two items I received would not have gotten the discount anyway.
I'll be interested to hear what they have to say to you.
I didn't have a problem since I called the 800 number to order my templates. The CS rep, Michelle, was able to tell me right away what was not available, so I just switched to something that was. I ended up with quite a few of the flip frames - got my order on Friday, but still haven't had a chance to play with them.
I'm surprised that the Web order thingy didn't tell you that it was no longer available.
Good luck - hope they are able to give you something else for the 75% off.

I did the same thing. I ordered 8 things from them. I got my order and there were only 3 things. Two templates and a cheap (and I mean cheap) idea book. Two pages. There was no packing slip. I emailed and received no reply. I called but it was after hours and did not receive a reply. SO, finally I called them again and waited on hold forever. When I finally got them they said that the other items were no longer available. They had the 75% discount while supplies lasted because they are discontinuing the line. I expressed how disappointed I was since that was the first time I had ever ordered stuff and that one of the items was the starter kit. I asked "Wouldn't I need the starter kit to get 'started' since this is my first purchase?" She just made suggestions to buy a swivel cutting blade ata Michaels. I didn't get ANY of the items that I really wanted.

I received in the mail today, my invoice for my products. My original order should have come to $19.11 with shipping. This order came to $9.12 and that includes $5 shipping !!! I would never have made a $4 purchase when the shipping is $5. Had they told me of the out of stocks instead of just shipping, I would have canceled the order.
By the way, I too ordered an idea book and it is pretty cheap. However, it was originally only $1.49 and they did give the 75% on it which made it $0.37. I can deal with that even though it leaves a lot to be desired.
Well, we thought it was a good deal and maybe this time it would have been better to make the call. Live and learn ! :?
Got mine today also, missing items. I don't think I will bother to call, since it would probably cost me more to send the stuff back. Didn't get the swivel knife, do you have to use that brand to work them? i tried the one template I got, but it doesn't include fold lines. I don't get it. Anyone else know how to use them?
I received my shipment too. Only one template sheet. What a bummer. Gonna give them a call and let them know that they really need to update their site. Gonna ask and make sure that the other stuff I ordered is indeed on the way. Guess I will go back to looking at the collozule. :( This is soooo disappointing.

I received my invoice too. It says I was charged for only what I got. At least that is ok. I am disappointed too though as I wanted to try the flip frame one... and didn't get it. Also ordered a box template and didn't get that as well as another. I agree too that they need to update their site. IF I had known the flipframe I ordered was out, I wold have chosen another style. Well, on the bright side, I saved a few $$.
p.s. I don't remember how they came....but I think it USPS....or was it UPS... :? Maybe someone else can help here
I got my order yesterday by UPS and now reading that you are all missing something, I'm now thinking that i'm missing something too.
I am missing one template! i just review my confirmation that i got from the by e-mail and i did order 3 things, 2 templates and the knife. I got one template and the knife. I'll need to see if that invoice that they sent me separate from my order at home just to make sure that i got charged correctly.
I'm starting to think I got nothing :( I'm not expecting all of my order because some of the items are no longer listed on the website. But some are so I should get something but no package in Ohio yet.
