Default ? about clear mount stamps

So I took the plunge and bought my first set of clear mount stamps from My Cute Stamps. My question is, will these come all ready to use or will I have to add some sort of foam or adhesive to them? I have no clue what I am doing, so any advice would be appreciated. TIA

I know that with the clear stamps we carry, all you need is a clear acrylic block.

My Cute Stamps are like all other clear stamps, you'll just need clear blocks for them. Peel them off the carrier sheet and apply them to the block (no adhesive needed) stamp like normal, clean and then peel off the block and put back on the carrier sheet, that's it!

btw if they lose their "cling" wash them with liquid soap and water and the cling will come right back!

In a pinch if you don't have any clear acyllic blocks, you just need something with a super smooth surface, like a CD case or cassette case. I saw some small size acryllic blocks on sale at Michaels and JoAnns for a $1; They have nicer large blocks too. My favorite block is a circular one. It has a good size surface area, it's easy to hold and I can use it with almost all my stamps.

Cheers, Holley

You may need to condition them when they come too!...there generally is fine film on new acrylic stamps that needs to be taken off or it will make your ink bead when you first use it. You can condition several way....use a clean eraser over the surface, scrub it fairly hard on your ink pad, or just stamp and restamp until it comes out solid.

HOPE THIS HELPS, and have fun
