abandoned by CTMH demo....

So, I had a party in the beginning of November. Ordered A LOT and found out the white pen I purchased was dry. The demo said she would get me a new on on her december order. I ordered the white ink pad and refill also- tho she did NOT have me pay for that in advance. Emailed in the middle of december... it bounced....
Many emails later, I finally called- got a generic recording and no return call...
Still bouncing, same message, THREE MONTHS later.
Sigh.

I really wanted the new cattie cuz I am not too impressed with the SU! one.

Guess I have been abandoned....

I found her on the CTMH search, and really liked her. No other demo can
replace the pen, right?

I don't know their return policies, but contact CTMH, I'm sure they'll assist you.

I would try contacting CTMH directly and explain the situation. If your demo dropped, the company should be able to do something for you directly about the pen. And going forward it sounds like you'll need to find another demo.
