Aaack! Where do I put everything?

I have an entire room, but I feel so disorganized. I have a xyron personal cutter, a large paper cutter and I received a xyron 900 for xmas. All of these are so big - I don't have the surface for them.

I'm afraid if they aren't out, I won't use them. I can't hide the paper cutter - i use that all the time.

My paper is in a large portable black suitcase thinging that stays open. Stamps and ink and ribbon are in an entertainment center. But nothing seems easy to reach.

I've looked at pictures and I'm not getting anywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions? Where do I start?

I have those plastic Iris carts that have 6 or 10 drawers. I found a table at Target that is 2' x 4', it fits perfectly over 4 of them. You could keep all your smaller stuff in the drawers, and the cutters on the top. You wouldn't need the table, just looks nice. This year, I got some beautiful map chests from homedecorators.com, but they were pricey. I had the plastic chests in a closet until we added a sunroom, most of my stuff is in there.
