4x4 acrylic box inset-ornament holder ????

Hi All I didn't know where to post this so I hope this is ok.
A few weeks ago I was poking around in the glass ball ornament gallery and I saw one where the member had made a cardboard or cardstock inset for the box she was using to store the ornament in. Does this sound familar to anyone? I've tried cutting it out on the silhouette but can't seem to get it just right. Oh the inset also had a circle cut out of the middle to rest the ornament on. TIA for anyhelp with this. I'd really appreciate it!

I also saw this and would like to know the answer. This was on my list to do for this year, but could not figure out how to complete the box insert and decided to table this project to next year. Thanks!

allthatscraps.com has these by the each on their website. They are listed under the packaging tab in the clearance section. I am thinking of buying one of each size and use them as a template.
