Default 12x12 Paper Cutting Guide

Is there a chart or template that shows how many pieces you can get out of a 12x12 piece of paper?

I am trying to see how many pieces of 1-3/4" x 1-34" squares I can get out of a 12x12 Designer Series paper.

I think you should get 36 - that would be a 10 1/2" square, with a 1 1/2" inch strip left over.

Connie Stewart @ Simplysimplestamping.com did a Tuesday Tip for this yesterday. She provides a grid that you can download.

I use an app called DyCut when prepping for card making classes. You can enter your paper size and the dimensions of the pieces you need cut and it shows you how many you can get from one paper without wasting paper. Nothing you couldn’t sit and figure out but speeds up prep.

Thank you for that desertdeb! Great! I saved it.
Bencer-that looks great too but it seems to only work for apple systems.

If you are cutting paper with a design be sure it is oriented correctly. There is nothing worse than have umbrellas or trees laying on there sides! I downloaded Connie's guide and have used it several times. It is great.
