Question 12" x 12" File Cabinet for Paper

I have spent hours searching the internet for a file cabinet type of thing to hold my scrapbooking paper in 12" x 12" pendaflex type folders. That is how I store my 8.5 x 11 paper with names. I love finding my paper fast. My scrapbook paper is laying in a drawer and I never know what I have. Does anyone have any ideas other than the silly little boxes that only hold a few sections?

Henry the Doggie is very frustrated. HELP!!!!
