My husband got these flowers for me two years ago when we hosted Thanksgiving. Than the next year I bought artificial flowers and made my own arrangement so that I could use it over and over. I'm not a big tablecloth fan, as it always seems (to me) to get in the way. I kept it VERY SIMPLE, this was before I knew about SCS, so now I would probably do alittle bit more for table decor!

That's lovely! I like simple. I am hoping to make something like a centerpiece out of paper. I am just not sure where to begin.

Toy, Have you checked Martha Stewart's website? There's LOTS of ideas there. Today's craft of the day was cornucopia out of ice cream cones! But there are more elegant ideas there, too. Good luck! & Happy Thanksgiving.

Good suggestion! I will check out her site. I probably own every single one of her punches anyway...heehee. Thanks!

LeeAnn Greff has made some really cute stuff, as always. Check out her blog and on the sidebar is a category for Punch Art. Some pumpkins and turkeys this year, and last year she did pilgrims for name places and an Indian girl napkin ring! CUTE!! (Tell her I sent ya!)
Decided to do the work for you:
Pumpkins
Turkeys
Pilgrims- ooh, didn't realize she credited Mercedes Weber with these...
Hope that helps some!

Here's my 'fancy' place card--hope it will give you some ideas. . . .
ETA: One more thought--a mini menu board like this is quick and fun.

I have some on my blog: www.creativecraftsbylynn.blogspot.com - they're very informal - but FUN! I also have them in my gallery (but am not sure how to link that!
