Zip file problem in My Favorites...

I know this isn't the right forum to bring this up in, but no one on the Site Suggestion & Feedback board seemed able to help.

There appears to be a functionality in the gallery My Favorites to download them as a zip file, however this is not working for several of us (both before the recent gallery reconstruction and currently). Can anyone help? This would be a wonderful function and could possibly save resources. If one could download their favorites they could then be deleted out of My Favorites.

I was able to use it shortly after it appeared in the gallery but haven't tried it since. And I just tried it...it saved fine, but when I went to extract the files, it told me there were no files.

Weird...

I e-mailed web support with this question and here is the reply I received from Daven:

hi Jen,
sorry for the delay in responding. we've heard varying reports of zip
files working for some people, and not working for others. we haven't
isolated any "why" yet though. we can probably find the time to take
a look at it after some of our current gallery work is completed. if
you haven't already, you might try using a different web browser, and
make sure whatever browser you use is the most current version.

Hopefully after they've made SCS an even more awesome place to be they might figure out this. If not, oh well, they already do so much work and I appreciate it!
