Default Which Twinkling H2O's?
I'm looking into buying my first set of Twinkling H2O's as I am selling my used Radiant Pearls as I've heard Twinkling H2O's are easier to use and dries much faster. Do you just apply them with a paintbrush? What color set do you recommend getting first? I am on a budget so am looking into getting just the 5 grams set of 6 for 9.99 first. I just can't decide!
