where to find Spica glitter pen with close to actual shipping?

I tried the Atyou Spica clear glitter pen at a card making class on Friday night and I love it. I only want to buy two pens but can't find anything place that charges actual shipping and not a $5 or more flat shipping fee. Does anyone know a place that has closer to actual shipping? Thanks.
