Question about the meander book in the Holiday Blitz tutorials

are each of the sets of pages stuck together or just the four that make a pocket, or do you make a pocket out of each set of pages, OR do you just do your own thing? So far I just have four sets of pages stuck together to make pockets (2 with top opening and 2 with side opening) and thought I would ask before proceeding. Thanks.

I haven't made one in two years I think. But as far as I remember, every two pages make a pocket that either opens on the top or on the side.

That's the way it looked in the video, although I think it could probably go either way. I really like this little book.
