Default Yet another new demo question

Hi there - I got my demo number on Friday, but not my kit yet, but I do have a question now since I've been reading the posts here. What is the difference between a workshop and a stamp camp? I have joined basically as a hobby demo, but I'm thinking I might try to get into doing "parties" so I was just wondering what the different types of parties are. Thanks for any information you can give me.

As far as I can tell the only difference is A workshop is where you demo cards at your hostess' house and everyone makes them and then they order and all that. A stamp camp is where you have people pay like $5 and make 5 cards, ect. That is about all I know about it, Hope this helps

At our "workshops" we do 2 or 3 make n takes, usually at a hostess home, maybe munchies or whatever, lasts about 2/3 hours.

At a "stamp camp" we do 5 to 6 make n takes, provide all directions and/or templates, furnish a meal, lasts about 4 to 6 hours, and everyone pays 10.00 to 15.00 to help cover the cost of food and supplies.

Hope this helps.
