Wonderful Wings - Anything Similar in New Catty?
 

For all of you lovely ladies with the new catty...would one of you be willing to let me know if there is a set similar to Wonderful Wings? This is the one set that I'm so on the fence with. I keep thinking that there will probably be a new butterfly set that I will love much better...but I already love this one so much! Not the worst dilema to have...but I know all my stamping sisters will understand! :)

Hi, I have a list from a friend of a friend of a friend!! LOL, It is a description of the catty, page by page. No pics, just description. I will go through it right now. Will post in a few minutes.

I don't see any description of butterflies anywhere! The newest Nature stamps appear to be a mixture of flowers and nature, such as On Gossamar Wings, or Drawing on Nature. I think if you want a full set of butterflies, you may want to go ahead and order Wonderful Wings so you aren't disappointed! Like I said, I have no pics, only descriptions so I hope I have helped a bit.

This is the gal that uses art off SCS without permission, unless things changed over the last couple of months.

I don't think there is anything terribly similar or anything I like as well. If I were you, I would order Wonderful Wings...I LOVE it and it is so classic. Just my two cents worth, :)

I just started stamping within the last couple of months, not sure what you mean. There was a thread started today regarding Kim V.'s art work, it lead us to this site. Every stamp from SU seems to be on there. Was this done without permission??????

Yep!! They are images directly taken from here and people weren't even asked if their work could be placed on the site. It happens a lot and it bugs people when it happens to them.

I can see it bugging people, all of a sudden their work is being featured on another website, without permission.....whoever is doing this certainly has alot of gall.....

Lori has some of my cards on her site. She e-mailed me and asked permission to include my work, which I agreed to. She now just visits my gallery and uses whatever she wants, which is okay with me. It's always a fun little surprise for me to see what new cards she's chosen. It's a great site! I believe she has done the same in asking permission from all her featured artists.....Julie HRR, Jan Tink, Beate, Jenn Balcer....the list goes on and on! LOL! Her site helped to keep me sane when SCS was down for all that time last month!

I have many of my cards on her site also, and she has asked my permission to do so, in fact last month when there was one attributed to me that wasn't mine (it came from my ss) I e-mailed her and she removed it right away.

As far as Wonderful Wings, I would definitely order it. It is so versatle, I use it for everything. I have used mine so much that on 2 of them the sticker has totally rubbed off.

Nope, nothing similar to Wonderful Wings in the new catty. I'd hurry and order Wonderful Wings before it's gone forever.
