Default Clear and ez-mounted stamps- safe to touch what?

Please correct or add what is safe to have these stamps touch/be stored on.

Clear/photopolymer - can be stored in CD boxes or on Acetate sheets right?

EZ mount - Cannot be stored in CD boxes or Acetate sheets right? So what can they safely be stored on or in?

Thanks

Erin

Yes the clear stamps can be stored in CD cases or acetate sheets.
I have never heard that it was not safe to store EZ mounted stamps in CD cases/acetate sheets. All mine are stored in CD cases for several years and I've had now issues.

EZ Mounted stamps can't be stored on acetate - it creates a reaction that causes the two to permanently fuse together.

EZ Mounted stamps should be fine in cd cases - sometimes the case gets a little hazy where the stamps touch, and if you index them with Staz-On, the ink sometimes transfers to the case, but it doesn't damage the stamps at all.

I've moved all my rubber unmounteds to cardstock sheets that I ran thru a heat laminator; they've been stored this way for about a year now and I haven't noticed any ill effects.

Yep, Sunday International (makers of EZ Mount) say not to store on acetate but I've never seen anything about CD cases. Mine are stored that way and I've had no problems.
