with the new catalog coming out?

No, I believe they will stay the same. The in colors are for one year.

No, the Incolors are introduced in the July catalog and are good for 1 year. No new Incolors will be introduced in Jan.

My fantasy is that they will introduce the in color markers in this catalog...yeah, dream on!
