Default A couple of things I found out about Archivers coupons

I went to Archivers the other day to use the coupon on my I Phone. I pulled up the coupon but it was small I tried to make it larger and it disappeared. The first 2 times this happened the email was in my trash...the last time is was totally gone...no where to be found.... I wondered why the woman helping me didn't just pull another coupon out of the register and give me the discount...I told her I would come back with a printed coupon. Got home no coupon to be found on my home computer...Went back the next day with my sad tale and was told that each coupon has an individual code and once it's used it can't be used again. From now on I am printing my coupon. Aint technology grand!!!!

That is strange that it would disappear like that. I guess I understand why they make their coupons single use but you didn't even get to use it!!!

Yeah. Archiver's changed their policy to one coupon per person. And that blasted bar code makes them non exchangeable. I created a new folder on my phone where I put the current coupons. This makes it easier for me to locate them. I'm sorry your coupon preferred the trash bin.

I am really disappointed in Archivers. I understand they need to make a profit but would you not rather have two customers using the same coupon, than just one customer using one coupon. My dad owned his own business and he would gladly give friends and family discounts. It was good customer relations. I find that missing in so many businesses now.
