I like to get envelopes at Marco's Paper in Dayton. I don't live that far from Marco's so I can get there every so often, but they have a website (www.marcopaper.com), so it is easy to order online. I make cards at a scrapbook store and the teacher says she gets a big box for $5.00 or so at Staple's. That would be cheaper. She gets the invitation envelopes.

I just bought a box of about 100 for $4 at Office Max. I used to get them cheaper at WalMart but have kind of been trying to boycott that store...

I get mine at Hollo's in Brunswick OH. I can get a pack of 100 for $4.00. I usually buy white or vanilla color, but they have lots of really great colors also.

Office Max is cheaper, then. WalMart's envies are $4 for 60. (ps. I only shop at WalMart as a last resort, too).

Just had to jump in here. I get my envelopes (when I'm not using SU's) at a local paper supplier in town.

I specifically look for about an 60-80lb A2 envelope.

It costs me about $8 for a box of 250. A bit more than viking etc, but I prefer the heavier weight and they carry 250ct white cardstock that matches. They also have vanilla.

It's not the great SU ultrasmooth, but it's pretty smooth and it's great for making mass quantities. It's also better than what I've found at other retail locations like office supply and walmart. They also carry a good selection of different sized envelopes, but I'm still looking for cute litte gift enclosures like the 3x3!

Check out your local paper supply companies if you are looking for heavier weight options!

I use ActionEnvelope.com. My mom is a demo, so we order a large box and split it. We get the 4 3/8 x 5 3/4 square flap invitation envelopes. Since she is a demo and we go through them quickly we usually buy 1000 (which is 4 boxes of 250) which takes the price to roughly 5 cents an envelope (including tax & SH).

The quality is high and they have a great selection.

I love Hollo's too

I always stock up when I go there...the prices are really terrific. I buy their cardstock, too.

I'm a Hollo's customer too. When I go visit my parents, I try to plan to make a trip to the paper store!

I also get mine at Hollo's PaperCraft in Brunswick, OH. I like the quality, easy to work with, and cheaper than other stores. If I want a certain color, they also carry lots of colors. Have used a lot of their paper also.

another actionenvelope.com buyer here. I've gotten some great 5 inch square envelopes, some for 5 x 7 cards, and some glassine envelopes. Great prices.

Wow, thanks for all the sites. Now just all the time to check them out. Unfortunately, I am nowhere near Brunswick, OH.
