holiday teabag holders?? I know it's posted here somewhere but I feel the search will be more time consuming than just posting a new thread. I've never sold any of my cards, etc but someone said they'd take a dozen of my tea holders so..any thoughts? I asked what they would pay and they didn't give a price..kind of whatever.
Decide on your 'cost'....only using consumables. Then, double it and then add what you think your time is worth (don't short change yourself in this area). So, if it costs you $1 to make them, make it $2 and then if you can whip out, say 4 in an hour and you want to pay yourself $8/hr, add $2 more dollars and sell them for $4. (this is just an example, you will need to do the math). HTH
I've made a bunch to sell at a Holiday Fair and I'm charging $3 for them.
They are stamped, colored, matted and cute as can be!
Don't sell yourself short on the price. Just think of what people pay to dash in and get a large soft drink at the convenience store on a daily basis - and it doesn't come in a darling little handmade container.
