Default does anyone use pure colour pencils?

I wondered what the pure colour pencils are like. Are they similar to Prisma? I'm trying to decide which ones to purchase. Are they soft enough to use with Gamsol?

Yup, I got mine a couple of months ago. I LOVE THEM! I also have the Prismacolor pencils. They're the same....but different. :-)

Pure Color Pencils are "solid" color all the way through. It doesn't have a wood casing like Prismacolor Pencils have (or even a regular pencil). There is a super thin black casing/cover (?) around it. They have a 'heavier' feel to them too.

They're similar in the same respect to color...both are pure and vibrant! I have used Gamsol with my Pure Color Pencils and it works very well.

The only downfall of the Pure Color Pencils is the lack of color choices. There are only 12. I'm hoping SU! will come out with more colors in the Pure Colors!

Anyways, I hope this helps. Have a stamp-happy day!

Thanks. I think I might give them a try. I'll have to see what they have in the new catty.
