I am so so happy to have found this site, and know that I really don't have an untreatable addiction...there is a cure, I just read on that there are sooo many of us out there, that we can't all be crazy...right? LOL
This is sooo much better than a shrink! When I feel the addiction coming on...I just go buy more stamps !! Quick fix.......and gives you the "ultimate" high

Default You could have said.......

[QUOTE=denidill]Me too! At work and thinking about stamping! Funny story...I just got into stamping in June and as such, life is different now. I have been neglecting my garden and recently noticed 2 potted mini roses half eaten by some kind of caterpillar. I was so mad at myself for letting this happen and blamed my addiction with the stamping. So for 1 night, I fumed and fretted over this; I was actually 'angry at my hobby'!!! Woke up the next day .......

and made the cutest card I have made yet using my brand new caterpillar stamp and potted mini roses stamp!!! I never knew I could get the effect of half eaten rose petals so easily!

That's what I was expecting to read......You have it bad (like us all) but it could be worse - you could have made the caterpillar card! See....look on the bright side!

I haven't read all the responses, I am responding to the OP.....

IT NEVER ENDS!

Sorry.

In 1991 or 1992 I was driving along and saw a sign outside the convention center that said "RUBBER STAMP SHOW TODAY". I owned at the time 3 stamps, 2 of which had my name on them. I thought, "WHAT THE HECK????". THE REST IS HISTORY..... 1400+ stamps, 90+ ink pads and 2 filing cabinets of paper later........

again.... SORRY.....
