Default Polyshrink Help

OK, I have been a demo for almost 5 years, but have never played with polyshrink. Now I'm in a bind and have to make some stuff for a friend. I am using the Girl Power set, figured I would stamp with black stazon, now the questions..... I have markers, pure color pencils, and watercolor pencils. What do I use? How do I do it? Do I have to sand first? Do I have to set the colors in any way, or will the heat do that for me? I have to have 100 of these things done by Sunday night.

Thanks for the advice!!

Karen

Also, I will be using clear, translucent and white sheets. If I want a hole to put ribbon through, what size do I punch it before I shrink?

Thanks again,
Karen

OK, so I realized that if I had just done a little more research I wouldn't have had to start a new thread. I should have known you ladies would already have the answers to my question somewhere!! I'm ready to start tonight!
