What's the best card you RECEIVED this year?

Did anyone receive any great handmade cards this year? I though we should have a thread to show off the favorite paper goods we got instead of gave.

(I didn't get any, boohoo, but I got big shipments of cookies and fudge so I can't complain!)

I did :) one of my friends combined the collage photos they took with a great window card and a great folded christmas tree on the front..I got a total of 5 handmade cards. Some more "loving hands" than others but all appreciated and loved.

My real-life stamping friend gave me two of my favourite cards.
Here they are:
I Love Paris by ladybug91743 - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
and
La Tour Eiffel by ladybug91743 - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
She knows I love Paris. :)

A Hallmark. I guess that is quite acceptable as I rarely received one because most of my friend send me an e-card, (that's what technology can do).

My best friend and I are both cardmakers, but we send only Hoops and YoYo cards to one another. Go figure!

SophieLaFontaine, the Eiffel Tower card is gorgeous!

New daughter-in-law

She just started to scrapbook and stamp. She made a beautiful professional looking card for us. Took her a long time. She borrowed a rubber stamp of a deer from a lady in her church and made a lovely job of it. I was so impressed. Better than what I had ever made. She is very exact. I did give her some cardstock months earlier and some of my excess stuff and she used it all.

Before their wedding in 2010 I did get her a scor buddy and showed her how to use it and she made all her own invitations and bulletins for the church.

She has since made some scrapbooks - one of their honeymoon and they look great.

I didn't receive any handmade cards. Come to think of it, I didn't receive but a couple of store-bought cards. I think the economy has forced people to cut back, not only on the big stuff, but the little things.

this year I got more Picture cards than I have ever received in the past..about 18 total and about 15 regular store purchased and about 5 hand made..
