Swirl ice cream technique

I received this card that had ice cream comes on it and the ice cream looks like chocolate ripple or swirl and strawberry ripple ice cream. Only I have no idea how they did it?! Any suggestions?

Definitely sounds like shaving cream. Look under resources for a tutorial--I think it is there.
