Default What are your go-to items right now?

We all have those things that we reach for over and over. A punch, an embossing folder, etc. What is getting the love in your craft room right now?

Mine is the Elegant Lines EF. I am in love with that thing! I also am using my scallop lace edge punch a lot recently.

I am going to be cliche and say:
- large and small scalloped dies
- twine
- rose ribbon

and I always use patterned papers, so that's nothing new..

My faves lately have been distress inks and stickles. I have not bought new supplies for months so I try to use what I have in fresh new ways.

Trying to find my groove after spending a lot of time away from my craft room during the holidays. I find myself in an experimental phase and reaching for:
  • kraft paper
  • purple inks (even if I don't use them, part of me *really* wants to)
  • spray mists
  • paint

Sponging, sponging, and more sponging. I can't seem to stop! Also, my clear embossing powder is getting a workout and my stampamajig. Now I just need to photograph and upload a few more cards!

Always Nesties for most of my images, CB Swiss Dots folder lately, and any place I can find room on my cards, bling and Stickles!

Oh, and I got tons of different colors and sizes of buttons at Mikes right before Christmas and a giant ball of twine, so buttons threaded with twine. Dang the extra postage, but I'm all about bumps on my cards.

The original set of Nellie Snellen flower punches/embossers. I love that I can make matching shaped flowers from just about any cardstock or paper.

And stickles. (I can't remember the last time I used lose glitter!)

And the Sakura Quickie glue pen. I use that SO often to adhere detailed or tiny embellishments to my cards!

My Twin Touch markers - I am trying out marker cs samples which some wonderful ladies here have sent me so I can decide which work best with my markers before taking the plunge to mailorder paper and the crazy shipping expenses to Alaska. I'm also making a Touch/Copic color comparison chart.

My others are embossing folders and my Cricut with nestablilities cuts

Cherry Cobbler and Marina Mist, every card I make I want to use Cherry Cobbler. The Wall paper ef, my swiss dot ef, Nesties and bling. I have so many ef and Nesties that I am looking for a bigger storage system for both of them. Currently I have my Nesties on the magnetic vent covers but I have so many that I just started filing the packages in a plastic shoe box. I can't make a card w/o my ef, Nesties and bling.

I'm in a go-back-to mode right now. I found a box with trinkets, charms, sea glass, beads, etc., that I want to use up so I'm trying to add some treasure to every card and page for a while. My other go-to item right now is some Tim Holtz paper stacks I just got. Very fun to mix new/old stuff. In a few weeks my answer will be different as I will be over these things and on to something new.

Pencils (colored and watercolor), metallic/sparkly embroidery/crochet thread, punches or diecuts with scalloped edges, patterned papers (usually from stacks or my stash)

I would say right now I am loving felt, specifically pti felt. I just like layering it by cutting with nesties. Gives the pop dot affect without the pop dot!

Believe it not I'm already finished with this year's Christmas cards, and I used a lot of sequins! They seem to be popping up on lots of my other cards too! They're a lot cheaper than gems, and add a fun and sort of retro feel.

I did buy some PTI stamp sets and dies, and I'm having a lot of fun with them. I have some trinket pins on the way, and I'm sure I'll be finding a lot of fun ways to use them also.

Depends on what kind of inky mood I'm in...tend to go in two directions,
1. copic, PTI Kraft and White Cardstock, PTI Year of Flowers stamps
2. grungepaper, Studio 490 stamps, Ranger Color Wash

either way I go...RIBBON...always!

It has been fun to read what everyone is in love with! Lately I've done a lot of shabby chic/vintage stuff and I reach for my Cutter Kit distressing tool that makes ragged edges so quickly and easily. Other faves of late are: square lattice and Vintage Wallpaper embossing folders, embossing in general and sponges.

What a fun question!

For me it's circle and scallop circle nestabilities, my derwent coloursoft pencils, stickles glitter (stardust), oval punch and word window punch for sentiments.

I think I use my border punches the most, then my embossing folders. I go back and forth between stamping & using my cricut but I like the cuttlebug the best.

Silhouette
Diamond Glaze
Cutter Bee Scissors

I have gotten on a sticker craze. Don't worry I will never have sticker sneeze. I am really enjoying using them with the mixture of my own die cuts.

Like a few of the OP's I love my decorator scissors and sequins.
