What is your favorite sale.a.bration set?
So many options for the salabration sets. I really like the chalkboard decor element. What is your favorite?

SU says the top choice so far is Punch Bunch. That was my top pick too. Although I like the digital download disk because it has all of them! I made some hybrid cards with the Bliss download yesterday. I'll try to get them in the gallery soon.

I ordered Bliss, it's not my normal style so I wanted to give it a try. I like punch bunch but it also means I will need to get all the punches as I am new to SU.

Those are the two I ordered this time too. I do plan to get the CD with all the images. I bought MDS during the Black Friday sale, but haven't been able to use it. My laptop died around that time and I'm waiting until I have the cash to replace it before I load it on a computer. My son doesn't think I should load it on his.

It was, for me, quite literally, a toss-up between Bliss and Punch Bunch. Bliss won.
I still want Punch Bunch and am hoping I can place another order before SAB ends.

If you like to color or wet emboss, I think Sweet Summer is must have set. I saw Karen Barber use this set this past week and loved it.

The Digital Studio CD is by far the best value if you use any digital software. You don't have to own the SU Digital Studio because I believe the images are common digital file types that many software applications can accept.

I have a ton of botanicals and flowers but still got Sweet Summer.
I love the Sentiment Set because I love the funky font and I NEED sentiments!
But probably my favorite is Happy Together from the big catty. I've wanted that for a long time and ordered that too. Maybe it doesn't count as 'true' sale-a-bration!

I have not taken the leap into the digi world. It's almost sac-religious or something. Where is the stamping when you do that? So I haven't gone that route. Not sure yet what I'll get from the sale a bration. I am hosting a party in March.

Great idea using the Note boards for Christmas gifts! Now I might rethink my order.

I think punch bunch is cute, but I think I will be ordering the sets in the back that are in the regular catalog. Although....Sweet Summer is awefully cute! Decisions, decisions!

I like Punch Bunch, but do not want to get suckered into buying all the matching punches, so I'll likely get something out of the catalog instead. I've got a couple weeks before the next card-making party so I can think about it (and drool!) for awhile.

Bliss is my first choice hands down. I also like punch bunch. Debated on the discs too, but I don't do any of that computer wise, so not good with my computer so we will see.

Punch Bunch, Bliss and Happy Together from the regular catalog. (And, yes, I got sucked into buying the owl punch because of that set! LOL)

I finally placed my SAB order tonight, and I picked Bliss, Elizabeth and Engraved Greetings. It's been ages since I've placed and SU order, and I'm anxious to get some new stuff to inspire me!

I didn't place my order just yet, but I know I'm definitely getting Punch Bunch and Sweet Summer. I don't know about the Bliss set, that one doesn't seem to be my style. There are also a few more sets I want to pick out from the SAB choices in catalog.

Sweet Summer will be my next choice. Karen Barber managed to take a so-so looking set and make it awesome with all of her samples! I am so weak to the power of suggestion!

Patti, I don't have MDS. Do you need it in order to use the new digital downloads?

No, you do not need to have MDS to use the CD. You can use it in other editing programs such as Photoshop and Microsoft Word.

I got punch because I already had all the punches - it's cute. I think Sweet Summer will be on my next order. I got the ribbon, buttons, paper pack and I like it. Looks like there will a lot of uses for them.

Yeah, that's how I ended up buying some of my stamp sets. I'll see a set in the catalog and I think to myself that I don't want that set, until I see some samples and then I just have to have it.

For some odd reason, I rarely ever use the stamp sets that match punches. I don't find them versatile at all, and I never reach for them. So that crosses Punch Bunch off my list!

I don't have Photoshop, but I have MS Word and a program called PhotoStudio 5.5. What type of files are they? jpeg? pdf? other? I am just wondering how well they will work with my programs. I have a card class Saturday morning and may change my mind on my saleabration if I can truly use them in Word....

I'm sure they work in Word. Files are jpeg and png, so anything that can edit photos would work. But with all the stuff the program comes with, you might just want to get the program for the contents. Plus, it's got some features that I don't see elsewhere, like the Drop Shadow and Mat. And you'll get a free SAB item (SAB contents CD?) when you order it! How's that for enabling? Bwahahaha!
P.S. and then if you add another $20 or so of stuff, you get TWO free SAB items!!! Maybe you can do this via a demo's website, then you can order $20 in other digital downloads.
