Anyone alter the M's $1 planner with the clear cover?
If so, what did you do to put a picture under the clear cover? I tore the title page out (it had a little dress with 2009 Planner underneath) before I checked to see if my bind-it-all holes were the same size, they're not. What has worked for you?? TIA!

The insert doesn't just come out? Maybe I'm thinking of a different one, but I've done the calendars and planners several times and the cardstock insert just comes right out. I cut a piece of cardstock the same size and embellish however I want, then it just slides back in....just like a checkbook cover.
I purchased several to alter and give as gifts. I completed three this weekend. Ooops, I forgot to make a photo and post to my growing gallery, Shoot.
Anyway, the clear covering is very fragile. All three of the ones I completed have a small tear. Be careful putting the calendar back in.
I think you are talking about the spiral one right? I will take a pic of mine and post it. I used my crop a dile to punch holes (not any of the other devices work) and put a 3 d sticker on mine. Also I tied a bookmark ribbon on it to march the week.
i made so many last year and I have only 5 to do this year.
Yes, QueenBee, I was talking about the spiral bound one, the one you altered. I didn't think of using the CAD, duh! Did you take the cover off of the spiral binding? Or, did you cut slits in each hole you punched with your CAD and just stick it on?
