SU! Demo/Customer Support
I received my slit punch last Friday and, like many of you, I found it was defective. I finally remembered to call DS this morning. Not only are they replacing it, they told me to keep the original one. In addition, I had a very interesting conversation with the woman who was helping me. Unfortunately, I did not make note of her name. But she said she works full-time and had not heard of this problem. (Although, she has heard of SCS! lol) She was surprised that we have had so many defective punches and she hasn't heard of it. She was also surprised when I told her that there are so many orders that have been delayed. She said most people have been getting their orders within 48 hours. So... if you are having any problems, make sure you call DS/CS to let them know. Don't just assume that it is the norm and there's nothing to be done about it. This woman was very concerned about these issues and encouraged me to post this message!
