What would you pack up to stamp with away from home?
I've discovered that it's handy to have some stamping stuff stored in my car for those times when I find I've got a couple of hours (or even 30 minutes) to do something, but I'm having a hard time deciding what to pack up when I don't have any specific ideas in mind and just want to putter with my stamps a bit. I do try to only take 2-4 stamp sets (usually ones that I need to use more often, to inspire me), some white cardstock (can always make some homemade printed paper or just stamp and color), and a black ink pad (maybe a set of spots or markers). But what other stuff do you take with you often when packing for a crop or just to stamp somewhere other than the stamping room? (Scissors, paper cutter, adhesives, etc. are a given)

I usually end up packing around whatever my current project is. Right now I have a job where I can work on some of that stuff when there is nothing else for me to do. An easy way to pack stuff around is to pre-stamp images on cardstock and then just take that and your favorite coloring tools.

I recently went on a trip and I stamped some images and took along my aquapainter and markers. I was then able to color in a bunch of images. Now I can create a card in a snap!

I always have stamped images on hand. I will then throw in the markers, prismas, whatever and just color. My husband absolutely HATES when I do this. If he and I are sitting in a dr's office, I'm usually sitting there coloring. He says it embarasses him. Oh well!!!! I attend a monthly "stamp" night ... a bunch of us get together at a rec center and work on stuff for three hours of uninterrupted whatever. I usually have some "project" in mind for that night. For August's, I'm going to work on my SIL's favors for her baby shower. Last month I worked on two swaps.
