There was a coupon for Joann's in the Sunday paper for 50% off too, and they have Joann's in Las Vegas too.
Also, there are a lot of scrapbooking items at both stores that are 40% off.
When you consider the lower cost of US merchandise, the favorable exchange rate from the UK, and your coupons, you should have some very good shopping ahead of you.

NOT near the strip, at least it wasn't when I lived there. Was in the NW section - in the same plaza as a DSW, a Best Buy, and Bed, Bath & Beyond. Can't recall the name or roads. It was pretty close to an exit from the highway (95? Can't remember). That was back in 2004, maybe there are new ones?
Sorry to burst your bubble, but you may want to check if the Cuttlebug is on sale at the M's you will be hitting. If it's on sale, like it says in my ad, then you cannot use the coupon. My M's has it 30% off.
Now this is really weird...my M's coupon (yesterday's Sunday paper) is for 50% off but My J's coupon is only 40%...I always thought their ads were the same everywhere!

I used a 50% coupon at Michaels in New Hampshire yesterday (on a Martha Stewart punch) and I have 2 55% off coupons for AC Moore so I HAVE to get there tonite!!! The Michaels coupon was in a flyer in our local Sunday paper and the others were from a flyer in our Saturday paper (my mom gave me hers);

Thanks!! I will look out for the local paper in Vegas, 40 % is better than nothing, also in the UK its far more & you never get any discounts!!
There is/was a Joann's near the strip, its on decatur, not sure what the cross street is. If you want to go to the really nice Joann's then you need to go to the one in Henderson. Its about 40 minutes from the strip. There are ton's of Michael's in vegas. The nearest one to the strip is on Decatur and Charleston. There is also a Michael's in Henderson on Stephanie Rd., near the Joann's.
I would highly suggest renting a car. I'm not sure how the bus system is in vegas, and a cab will be expensive. Depending on what hotel you are staying at, you might inquire there if there is a tour type bus/shuttle that goes to Henderson/Sunset Station Casino.
We are staying at circus circus so will find out about shuttle if not then get behind the wheels in Vegas!!! Let me know if you can think of anywhere else we could buy bits for card making.
Thanks for all you help.
You could check out Viva Las Vegastamps, if you are looking for something offbeat and unusual. It's close to the strip but not walking distance. And the neighborhood is a little gritty. I got my "Better than Hallmark" stamp and a few others when I was there.
