Default I must be color blind:

I have the holiday designer paper but I don't have the cranberry crisp or true thyme cardstock.

Can you suggest what colors to use? I have all the SU color families but none of the reds or greens seems to go with the paper.

I used Old Olive for the green with my holiday papers. Seemed to work for me.

I used Old Olive too, I think it matches perfectly.
I made some cards w/this paper and used 2 of my watercolor pencils to make a cranberry crispish' color and it looks fine to me.

I used the paper with Cool Caribbean and Old Olive and Cranberry Crisp, but you could swap out the Crisp with Bravo Burgindy.

Instead of thyme, sometimes I use Old Olive, sometimes I use Always Artichoke.
