I went on Saturday morning. There were bead and jewelry vendors as well as some featuring other craft items. There were not as many stamping/scrapbooking supply vendors as I would have enjoyed seeing there. Many of those who were demonstrating had come from a relatively long distance. I noticed some from Florida, Washington state and Indiana among others. The make-and-takes cost one or two dollars apiece and seemed to be popular since all of the spots were full when I walked by the booths. In my opinion, the prices were higher than I'm used to paying when I order from stores advertised on Splitcoast or at Hobby Lobby and Michael's with coupons. Most of the new Cuttlebug products were available along with lots of glitter, ink and stamps of all sorts but I didn't see a lot of new merchandise. There was a Stampin' Up booth and it seemed to be popular although I noticed they were selling many of the retired sets. In the future, I hope they can attract more of the vendors and design team members who are popular on Splitcoast. It would have been nice to see more newly released merchandise. I did buy a punch and a sponge and came home with a couple of new techniques to try as well.
