What set would you bring back??
Ok, this is a spin off of another thread about what sets you want to see retired...so, if you could pick one set to bring BACK what would it be? I think mine would be God Speed, I was dissapointed that it didn't make the caddy since it is such a wonderful set, especially in these times! How 'bout everyone else? I have a feeling Cowboy Kid will be posted a few times....

I ditto Godspeed. I am one of the lucky ones who have it but I live on a military base and know so many people who would love it! I really wish SU would bring that one back.

All Aboard, the train one, I love that set. I think it is the nicest one that SU ever did. I also wish I'd got Set Sail. I also love the clown one from one of last year's mini and I really wish I had got that now!

I looked & the most recent 5 completed auctions show it at $20-$33. That's not bad. You might get a deal if you keep trying.

Terrific Tulips!
Why didn't I buy this one - I totally love it!!
I keep trying to get it on ebay but haven't won yet.
I held off thinking that something better would be in the new catalog and I was wrong.

Wild Wild West - I'm suddenly seeing so many gorgeous cards with it, but it was retired before I started stamping, and on eBay is more than I can justify spending. Along the same lines, All Aboard and Antique Autos would be nice for manly cards.

I can't remember the name but there was a set in a mini before I started paying attention (!) with an adirondack beach chair in the sand. Was there a woman in the chair?? Regardless, I would love that to come back!

I really liked the Fairy Nice set- I have it but would like it to come back since I have some little girls who would LOVE to have it for their very own instead of always borrowing mine.

The reason why I joined SU was becuase of The Cardinal set that they had in the 2005 Winter Mini. I *love* that stamp and wish they would bering it back. This was before SU stopped bringing back some of the sets that were in the mini catalogs.

I never realized so many people besides me like Coast to Coast! I'm also surprised no one has mentioned Snow Globe...I don't particularly want it, but it seems so sought after!

It's called Sketches. I have all 3 of the sketch style sets & love them. The scouting set someone referred to is called Scouts at Play. SU! still brings back sets from the mini catalogs, they are just more selective now.
I have some of the most coveted sets, because that's what our family life encompasses. I've got Godspeed, Courage & Honor, Girl Power, Scouts at Play, and Americana Collection. They will, of course, have to be pried from my cold, dead hands before I give them up!

I wish I had bought Sassy & Seasonal from this past holiday mini catalog - but maybe it will be in the new catalog? Or else I figure, I don't need it right now, so I'll look on ebay around October/November for it - or maybe something else will catch my fancy during the holiday season....

I regretted not getting Shapes and Shadows, but just bought it on eBay for a very good price. I wish that one would come back as well is Terrific Tulips. I sold a lot of those when I was an active demo, and now that I'm hobby I'm glad I hung onto it for personal use...

I'm currently stalking the Birthday Greetings set on the 'bay and the BST boards here but boy o' boy do they do seem to go for quite a bit! Would be great if they were in the catalog. Really hoping Happy Harmony makes the new catty.
Is there any precedent for SU bringing back retired sets?

Definitely Sunny Seasons Greetings. It is by far the highest selling aftermarket set overall.
Stella Stamper HAS been returned once. DUring the SU! 15 year celebration. I bought her then, but didn't find her to be too useful-except for making things for others stampers- so I traded her.

One of my favorite sets to paint is Long-Time Friend. I was shocked that it wasn't one of the *special* sets that made it from the mini on into the new caty.

I have told my kids-if anything happens to me and they sell stuff on the bay-it better be in complete sets-but not lots-or they will not recoup their inheritance!! I have Snowglobe, girl power, Coast to coast. They could get a bundle from you guys.
I didn't get the western themed ones or roughing it-DARN

I think Nice & Easy Notes used to be a retired set. I bought it in 1997, then got distracted from SU and didn't buy from SU again until 2006. It wasn't in the 2005-6 catalogue, but it is in the 2006-7 catalogue.
I would like for them to bring back Fairyland. I stalked it on ebay for a while and always bid too low.
