Returning to Joanns.com ???

I ordered three circle punches in different sizes from Joann's. They came today and instead of three circle punches I have two circles and a tag punch. The paper says it's supposed to have 3 circle punches, and actually the white joann's tag that is stuck ON THE PACKAGING of the tag punch SAYS it's a circle punch. But it's not.

So, how does it work with shipping and returning a product? Do you end up having to pay for the extra shipping? Do they reimburse? Etc. I've never had a problem and haven't needed to return before.

It sounds like it's their fault, so I would make them send a UPS call tag for picking up the punches. What a shame that you didn't get what you were supposed to. Pam

I would call or email first. I once had something like that happen and they told me to keep the item they sent wrong and sent me the correct one too.
