On Feb 7th I placed an order on the website www.stampandgo.com and paid for it with paypal. I have yet to receive my order. A month ago I sent them an e-mail to ask about the status of my order but never received a reply. I just sent them another e-mail and it bounced back to me now saying their account is full. Naturally I'm worried now that I've been ripped off. Does anyone else have any experience with this website?
Yikes... just checked out their website and it "looks" legit... Maybe you could enter the dispute process with PayPal... perhaps that'll get their attention and if/when your stuff arrives, you can cancel out the dispute... We buy so much online it's scary to read a story like yours... Hope you find a resolution soon... Good Luck...
BTW, I sent them a generic "do you ship to APOs" email using the link at the bottom of their page and so far it hasn't bounced back... If I should get a reply from them I'll be sure to let you know... very strange indeedy!
I used to order them from them quite a bit, but haven't for several years (I guess since I became a SU Demo). I never had any problems with them when I did order, but I seem to remember someone posting a similar problem a year or more ago....I'm sorry I don't remember if it got resolved. I really hope it works out for you!!!
Thank you. I've ordered lots of things online and this is the first time I've ever worried about it. I didn't know paypal has a dispute process, I will check that out.
I have placed several orders with them over the past year. I ordered and received an order early last month. Never any problems. The worst I can say is that one item I purchased was not what I had expected size-wise.
Hope everything works out for you. Good luck!!!

Tammy, I placed a big order (for me), $77.00 last Sept. I copied the order form on their site and mailed it in with a check. Everything (14 items) came intact, in 1 box about 2 weeks later. I was very pleased. Have you read all around their website? It may be that they're holding the order until a certain item you ordered comes in??!!?? I've forgotten their policy about this.
Good luck!!! I hope your order comes tomorrow!! Let us know the outcome.
May God bless, Stormy

Tammy
If you do plan to dispute this through PayPal, I think you only have a 45-day window of opportunity.

Yes you are right. I just tried to dispute it in paypal and it wouldn't accept it - I assume because it is older than 45 days. As we are quite used to orders taking 6-8 weeks to arrive in Canada from the US, I would never have thought to lodge a complaint within 45 days. I guess that leaves me SOL.
That really bugs me when online stores don't have their phone number listed. I don't care if it's a toll-free number or not, just another way to contact someone. I've ordered from this company a long long time ago (like maybe 9-10 years ago) and received good service.
I wonder if they are having some sort of family crisis going on or something??
