Hello everyone,

i was thinking a fundraiser with 30 or more women. how did you do it? what things did you do? how did it turn out?

I have never done one but I have been to a CM fund raiser for Juvenile Diabetes. It was an all day crop and I think it was a $20 donation to crop. That particular consultant has gone to several businesses around town to ask them to donate their merchandise. There were beauty supplies, gift certificates to eateries, etc. We put our name in a drawing which we could enter as many times we wanted for $1.00 per entry. Then she drew names to win prizes. All of the money went to JD. Only one I have been to! HTH

I've never done one but sounds like a great challenge. Good luck!

Hi, Robyn! Congrats on becoming a demo'r!

I just wanted to let you know, in the off chance that you weren't aware, that SCS has SU! demonstrator only forums that you can join! Here's the link for more info on that:

SU! Demonstrator Forums

You can network with thousands of fellow demonstrators and exchange ideas on topics just like the one you mentioned here, lots of support, etc.!

I've never done a fund-raiser as an SU! demonstrator, but, I think there are quite a few demonstrators that have, and there are probably tips and suggestions, etc. from a number of threads within that forum that might be helpful on how they went about doing it?

HTH!

And, again, congratulations!

My demo had a fundraiser for the Canadian Cancer Society this past spring.
