I'd like to see some more background stamps along the lines of French Flair and the lace type patterns.
I would also like to see Cranberry Crisp and Cool Caribbean STAY in the line.
Something else from a NON demo side of things ----- more info on how some of the tools work so you can decide if they are right for you. You get them and then can't remember what the demo said on how to use them (Water Color Pencils for one thing and embossing powders, glitters for another.)
More Christian Christmas and Easter.

I forgot one other idea ------- More color combination ideas - -- - Like the color challenges on this site. I would never think to put some of them together, but love the results.

A nice stamp set with QUALITY ships (ie a clipper ship, sail boat, even a classic rowboat would be OK). I know they discontinued the lighthouses, but these scenes are classics! They can still be ties in with the existing "beach" scenes.
A nice set of a variety of realistic (not cutsy) birds. Nature stamps never go out of style and can be masculine or feminine.

Oh, PLEASE don't take away Bravo Burgundy!! I love it!!
I want:
LOTS of Simply Scrappin' Kits!! (to say 'more' may not be enough!)
Some scrapbooks besides the linen...like the old designer ones...only in solidcolors? I liked the quality of those. We have SO many gorgeous colors...why not make some albums in these colors? Like So Saffron, Elegant Eggplant, Brocade Blue, Real Red, Not quite Navy, Ruby Red, Certainly Celery...I could go on and on!!
Just WAY more scrapbooking stuff, period!
Refills on HPH/Vintage brads. I've used all of ONE color of the vintage brads, and I have never even bought the HPH, because I know I'll do the same thing. (not w/colors, but shapes.)
I'm getting too tired to think...there are SO many things! I'm just so excited about the changes they are talking about!! Two catalogs, more scrapbooking stuff...
Oh!! Just thought of something else...and it's a BIG wish for me and a lot of scrapbookers!! WAY more journaling markers!! And who needs a journaling marker in a soft subtle? Too hard to read. I want journaling markers in Turqoise, teal, nqn, Brilliant blue, chocolate chip, elegant eggplant, and green galore. And maybe pumpkin pie or really rust.
That's all I can think of right now. Yawn!!! Goodnight!

I would like to see a brown cardstock between chocolate chip and close to cocoa, prima's and cute polka dot brads to match the paper/cardstock.

So many good ideas.....I would like to see brads and eyelets offered in just one color and more ribbons with prints designs on individual spools.
I'd like to see some colored vellum. I agree with the textured paper. I think the fruit bowl idea is awesome, but I want an additional color family, please don't get rid of the ones I have....I have too much invested. I think the starter kit is a great idea-and the hodgepode individuals would be great.
I wish they would bring a few of the glitter colors back. Especially spring ones. Or maybe a little seasonal stack available.

I thought of a few more things.
- A nice military and patriotic set
- A neutrals assortment pack
- Paper in 8X8
- Hodgepodge in white
- I would love a stamp of the month
I have to say- - - I do not want to go unmounted or acrylic.

I would love to see a Softball set - not cutesy - but something for a teenage girl. It could have a girl in pitching & batting stance with her pony tail showing, a softball diamond with a pitching rubber. It could also have words like "Fastpitch", "Slowpitch", "It's a girl thing." "Diamonds are a girl's best friend".
I would also like to see more chalk inks and embossing powders in the SU colors.
I also love a lot of the ideas already mentioned:
being able to buy refill pieces for the Hodgepodge Hardware
option of buying stamps unmounted
the fruit color family
larger tag punch
scalloped punches
more masculine sets and sentiments
markers in the "In" colors.
There's a lot of great ideas in this thread but I think SU probably has their next catalog pretty much determined. How do we get these ideas to them for future consideration?

1. 8x8 scrapbooks
2. Cranberry Crisp to replace Bravo. Please leave my other 48 colors.
3. A sand color that actually looks like sand.
4. Running set,but I don't want it too realistic. I would rather have like cool stick figures so that guys, girls & all ages can use it.
5.Scalloped circle & oval punches. Other punches would be great too.
6.Patterned ribbon in full spools
7.More scrappin sets & patterned paper
8.More masculine sets & less cutesy
9.More background stamps, but don't take all my current ones
10.Punch for the big flower in Looks like Spring set
11.Mini envelopes w/o the cards

It is so agonizing to read this thread- I want to be able to BUY these things NOW, lol
Here are my wishes:
Idea Books (separate ones for scrapbooking and card-making and maybe even separate ones for beginner and advanced level projects)
refill brads for the hodgepodge kits
acrylic paints in the SU! colors
More fun stuff like applique, flocking, glitter, etc.

I've only read thru 1 page of this post, but already I'm seeing a trend! No one has mentioned the REAL biggie.... dare I whisper this idea?? ACRYLIC STAMPS! My stampin' group is in a constant state of confusion as to why SU hasn't begun production in acrylic. Maybe someone has an idea.... I LOVE, LOVE the SU style and artists but acrylic is so much easier to work with.
I was very sad last year when a large portion of the masculine sets were retired. I would love to see something come back like the retired fishing sets. I would also like to see a more realistic dog set. Maybe they will come up with another winner such as "Like it A Latte" which I am hoping makes it to the catty. Love, Love, Love that set and style!

I would like to see some new background stamps. Like a new halloween set of 4. We 've had halloween backgrounds for a while now and need a change. Same with some of the other sets of 4 that are in the back of he book. Like the background basics, itty bitty backgrounds, petite patterns, beyond the basics, fresh fillers. stars and swirls . itty bitty borders. smorgasborders.
We really need some new sets.
a Nice paisley set would be good for a change, some swirls like the kind in the spring mini catalog.doodle this and that. something new and in style.

I love this thread!!!
I love the idea of having something extra special for demo's when the make XXX amount dollars each month.
I also like the idea about the stampin up magazine
I also like the classic ink pad colors one lady said green grapes and something about watermelon on the first page....
I will keep thinking about this and if I can think of anything else I will post again.
Thanks for allowing me to share!!!

I would like to see more embelishments like new colors in buttons. I love their buttons, but they usually only come in four colors per color family. I also like the 8 by 8 books, so that would be nice. More scrapbook kits for me too, as I love scrapbooking but not so much time to do it anymore with a year old baby. Maybe someone important will read all this and listen to us

I would like to see more religious stamps, particularily scripture verses, and sincere sympathy stamps. This years religious Christmas and Easter were marvelous.
More sports sets covering the minor sports, track, swimming, tennis etc.
A new cheerleading stamp that does not portray the girls as cartoon characters.
A new dancing stamp that does not feature toe shoes and ballerinas. We have several daughters and granddaughters that prefer tap, jazz, and other types of modern dance.
All in all though, I think they do a very good job of reaching many avenues of our lives.

I'm a newbie stamper, but I'm with Joan...I dislike the staples! I also like the polka dot organdy ribbon. This year was my first catalog; it seemed like there were a lot of flowers. Maybe more art-based themes for stamps, markers for the in-colors, and I would love a non-demo magazine.

I would like to see a new Journaling Fonts cd. I love mine and use it so much, but need some fresh fonts to play with!
How about a Stampin' Up logo stamp? That would be so cool! Think I've seen one somewhere before.
More Simply Scrappin' and DS paper.
A new ballet/dance set and a better cheerleading set. (I'm a coach.)
Teacher sentiments!
Cats!
An inspiration book for scrapbooking and/or card making or both would be great!
Stickers, like epoxy, letters, and die cut ones like in the Winter Mini tin. It would be nice to have some that are separate from the scrappin kits and coordinate with other stamp sets.
Card kits that go with the current stamp sets, kind of like the Simply Sent line, without a stamp set included. (With pre-cut and scored paper and embellishments in a pack of 50.)

Thoughts
I just finished reading through wishes for next year and had some thoughts about the suggestions. I agreed with most of the suggestions. As a retired teacher, I agree the some educational stamps would be great. Also, girls are athletes, some stamps are needed there.
But the idea for using the unmounted stamps is great. I have limited space to store wood-mounted stamps and have had to create a different process and eliminate the plastic boxes. I could purchase more (happy thought).
The idea about expanding the ribbon selection, I have a different thought. I would prefer they would continue to increase their stamps, without expanding to far into the embellishment area.
Just some thoughts.
