What do you want for Mother's Day?
 

Ok, for all you Moms out there, what do you want?

I want the Stampin Up pens (yes ALL of them). And stamps and tools and lots of things. I do know that a parcel arrived from Stampin Up today. Goody goody.

I want my (adult) children to come over and get my yard work done - so I can spend lots more time in my stamp room!

Well, I want PTI gift certificates, but my dh just asked if an external hard drive would make a god Mother's Day gift. So I guess no PTI for me!

my family to surround me, my husband to get a job (it's been a LONG 6 months) and my friends son to recover from his horrible ATV accident.

((hugs)) I hope you get that and more...

Prayers for your son and for your husband to get a job. My brother and my sister-in-law both lost their jobs recently. Be encouraged and remember God Is With Us!!!

I'd really just like the opportunity to SLEEP IN!!! This getting up at 6am with my nearly 5 yo DD is getting OLD. My DH usually lets the kids pick out my Mothers Day gifts, so I usually get some....errrmmm....unusual presents.

Peace and quiet come to mind LOL But since that's not likely I'd love a newlap. The screen cracked on mine :-(

Time by myself. Upstairs in my craftroom without anyone under 4 feet tall coming up.

I want a nice non-stick frying pan, but I'm afaid if I tell DH that, he'll think that kitchenware is an appropriate gift, LOL! I would also love the front of my house professionally landscaped. Hope you all get what you're wishing for!

I am getting myself a PTI order for Mother's Day. I'll get the usual breakfast in bed and maybe flowers from DH and kids, but PTI stuff is what I really want.

I ordered my first copics for Mother's Day. The tracking says that they should be delivered tomorrow. I am super excited!

I got a new lens for my camera for mother's day and it will be here Thursday. (YAY!) Then, on Mother's Day we have a tradition where we go for a drive out in the woods and look for mushrooms and go on a picnic. This will be our fifth year for this tradition. I love getting out and spending time with my family and look forward to it every year. :grin:

I'd like to get a SU! Big Shot, or a pink Bind it All, or a 72 pc set of copics.

Too funny! See my husband started several years ago giving me a new non-stick skillet nearly every (yes, every!) Christmas - they were nice, but I kept going back to my 'original' skillets, while he would use the newest ones... The kiddos talked him into giving jewelry a few years ago and he is awesome at that! (already got my gift while on a recent trip and it's a beautiful necklace - woohoo!)

I am also looking forward to having two of our three children with us again - they are finishing up final exams this week and will be home for the summer soon. (one is a college Jr and the other is a college sophomore) The third is too far to come for the weekend, but I will see her and her husband in June.

I want an IOU because there's nothing I really want right now. lol And I just know that something is going to come that I want soooooo bad.

There was a flowers kit on QVC that I want but it was only $20 so I'm not wasting a mother's day gift on that - I'll just buy it for myself. lol

I am thinking nothing material wise- just someone to really truly organize my supplies, so I can actually use what I have, instead of buying more!
So I guess a fairy- that could read my mind would be great!

Seriously, I'd like to have the house to myself for an entire day. Family begone!! Love them, but...

Oh yes, to see our 2 year old granddaughter (our son lives in Hawaii) Haven't seen them since December of 2007. Thank God for digital imaging!

oh i would love a shelf unit for my desk, I've been looking for one, would really like that ;)

I want to be able to sleep past 6 am in the morning, No noise in the house, No running feet upstairs, No loud noises. I want breakfast in bed and I want my hubby to take the kids to the movies and let me take a long hot bath.

Just a phone call from the sons who are in different states, a hug from the son who is near by and time to reflect on all the blessings in my life.

Help finishing up my scrap/stamp room. It's been four years in the making and it's finally in the home stretch. I kicked the guest room furniture out and have taken over the whole room. I've been slowly unpacking boxes (yes boxes!) of stuff the past few weeks. My husband promised to help me hang up a fabric covered board I did and attach my Bygel rods to it tonight. Maybe on Mother's Day I'll be able to photograph my space and it it to the gallery here.

I now have bilateral cochlear implants (to hear) so, I have asked my son to take me to the movies, I'm at about 85% comprehension now so hopefully i will get most of the dialog. :) I'm thinking he's gonna pick some Xmen thing so it should be mostly action though right?

OH i really would love for that to happen for you!!

oh...hubby and I went to see Wolverine last weekend...it is AWESOME! Love the special effects....My sweet baby girl Madi (granddaughter) will be coming for a two week visit in June...I have not seen her in over two years. She will be 5 in July..that is part of my Mothers Day gift!

It is that time of year in my job when there are daily deadlines and folks are not cooperative about meeting them----plus I signed up for a tech project to earn extra bucks and it isn't falling together like I planned and I want to be stamping up a bunch of stuff and I'm too pooped to pop at night.......so if you could package up some time I would put it to good use.

Mother's Day has been a disaster here in years past. Funny - last year I remember was nice, but can't remember why. Must have been that we didn't do anything special!! I'm hoping no one tries too hard and it's a peaceful day ;) to count my blessings.

But, something that can come in a box? Kindle. A new digital SLR camera - and the patience to learn how to use it. (Okay - I guess I tend to think 'outside the box' LOL!!)

I just ordered a jukebox for my Cricut.....and cards from my hubby and baby will do just fine.

All I want for Mothers day is, my Husband and 3 sons to take me our for lunch. Have a family meal, we haven't had one in a while. Other then that, to sit and relax.

Already have my gift ordered!!! The Crafters Companion ultimate Pro!!... It won't be in until after Mom's day ..but that's ok!! I can't wait!!
