like in the Papercrafts magazine? I was wondering what to do on the inside of the cover of the card. If you adhere paper on the front doesn't the adhesive show on the inside of the card? What do you do on the inside to cover that up or does it matter?
I've made one so I don't count as an expert. However, I can tell you what I did on my card. I mounted paper on the inside too, to cover up the tape. If you use double sided paper, you could cut the cardstock for the inside smaller, and frame it by the CS on the outside. I used the inside to write a note.
I've never made one, but, if I did, I'd want all the "constuction" covered up. I'd probably put another piece of CS on the inside front cover to hide the adhesive.
Cat, I guess we were typing at the same time!

we did one that brenda designed at the austin gathering.. it was soooo cute!
she had a small piece of CS in the front, with a design, then another small matching piece on the inside, it covered the tape, and it held the happy birthday greeting..
then another small piece on the other side where you could sign..
then i believe the tape showed on the back.. but it was soooo stinkin cute!
I made one just to be funny for the Flat Stanley challenge. It's not pretty, but it shows one thing you can do. Stanley is only attached to the transparency where his hands fold over to the front. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I love making them, I just put the tape at the corners and around the outside and it looks ok.... I think if you add to much cardstock it might take away from the card. JMO
